Chandon Sauvignon Blanc

Crisp and dry with a juicy palate, a contemporarily styled table white offering herbaceousness, minerality and ample sub tropical flavours of lime and passionfruit. Refreshingly fruit driven, fashioned from some of the finest grapes available to Domain Chandon. The perfect wine for a hot summer afternoon, served chilled, idyllic as an aperitif or partner to all fine cuisine. "Here’s a Yarra Valley white to challenge WA’s domination of the style. It is deliciously different with vibrant tropical fruit, some minerally notes, and zippy acidity!" -Peter Forrestal

Shaw and Smith Sauvignon Blanc

“I have tasted heaps and heaps of  sauvignon blancs

and sem-sav blends, and none comes close to the quality of this old

stalwart. With refined aromas of lemongrass and just a hint of peapod,

its racy, chalky and delicious.” Max Allen

Sancerre Domaine Christian Salmon

Very pale straw
The first impression is of intense flinty, minerally notes verging on gunpowder. Being typically aromatic, the wine opens up with air, taking on more fruity nuances, in particular of ripe pear. The structure is defined by wonderful balance. The style is vigorous and frank, with a surprisingly rich middle palate, finishing with lively vivacity. Domaine Christian Salmon Sancerre leaves one with an overall sensation of elegance and harmony. Service Do not over chill, serving at 10 degrees Celsius, with delicately flavoured shellfish and fish dishes such as Brochet (Pike) au Beurre Blanc, or with dry goats cheese, such as that typical of the region from the wine-making village of Chavignol “Crottin de Chavignol”.

Pouilly Fume Clos des Criots Domaine Christian Salmon

Very pale straw, with bright green reflections.
Wonderful smokey, flinty aromas with a hint of grassiness over rich
complex minerally notes which define first the bouquet and then the
palate. The minerally palate shows nuances of citrus, in particular grapefruit. Tight with deep fl avours and structure, it fi nishes with steely finesse. Domaine Christian Salmon Pouilly Fume leaves one with an overall sensation of freshness and balance.
Do not over chill, serving at 10 degrees Celsius, as an aperitif or
with delicately fl avoured shellfi sh and fish dishes such as Brochet (Pike) au Beurre Blanc.
