It takes 7 years! Dom Pérignon is left to mature for 7 whole years to reach what we consider as perfection .
Aromas you will find are fresh almond, pamplemousse, cajean nuts and warm brioche.
On the palate, it feels like silk so delicate is its touch.

The year was full of contrasts.


The summer weather was capricious and the wet periods did not compensate for the early lack of rain.


In the end, the periods of high heat in the months preceding the harvest (the start of which was spread from
16th September to 1st October) led to the exceptional maturity of the harvest, which was marked by a rare balance of power and acidity.
