How to Shop


  • Select an item you wish to purchase
  • type in the quantity you wish
  • select if you wish to add wine, change your wine or modify some options
  • click on the little "Buy Now" trolley , this will add the item to your basket.

On some pages you will need to click on “More details” to be able to see the little trolley

  • a dialogue box will open to confirm this item has been added to your basket. 
  • if you wish to continue shopping click “continue shopping” otherwise click “check out”
  • Select the state where it will be delivered
  • Click "Secure check out"

 You can check the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on "Basket" in the black header index bar.

You are then transferred to our secure server.


  • If you wish to send a parcel to a different address than the billing address tick the box “Deliver to a different address”.  An extra field will then appear so you can fill out the delivery address.
  • If you wish to send a card with the parcel, leave us a message in the “Notice to us” box
  • If you wish to let us know a specific delivery date, please indicate it in the box provided.   We will do our best to achieve this date, however it is not guaranteed as there are so many factors beyond our control.
  • If you wish to have the parcel left at the door if no one is at the delivery address during the day, please tick the box.    You can also leave a message in the “Notice to us” box
  • click next
  • enter your credit card details or you can choose to transfer money to our bank account, you can also send a cheque.
  • click send order, your details are sent, the ordering process is finished
  • you will then receive within 5 minutes an order notification

If you intend to purchase any product/s again in the future you can add it to your favourites by clicking on the little heartnext to the price.




Q : I forgot to attach a card message during my order, is it too late to send one?

A:  No, as long as the order hasn't been sent, you can send us the message at 


Q: Can I order over the phone?

A: Yes, simply call us on 1300 CHAMPAGNE (1300 242672)


Q: Can I send a card with my gift?

A : Yes, it's a free service, when you pay leave a message in the “Notice to us” box or email us at

Q : Can I send my order to a different address?
A:  Yes simply tick the box "deliver to a different address" when you fill in your details. 

Q: As a business can I pay on invoice?
A: Yes, contact us and we can arrange this.

Q: Can I put together my own gift?
A: Yes, simply pick the items you wish (wine, chocolate etc..), go to " do your own" to pick your box, we'll then pack the gift for you.

Q : When will my parcel arrive?
A : Go to Shipping to check our timetables.

Q:  Can we arrange Express delivery ?
A:  Yes, please email or call us and we'll provide you with a quote for express delivery options.
