Nougats
Nougat has an history of more than three century. 

The "real" Nougat comes from Montelimar, a town in Provence (south of France )

It has stringent regulations :

  • Honey must come from the lavender fields of Provence
  • The almonds 30 % and Pistachios 2% must come from Provence
  • It also contains egg white, glucose and natural vanilla
