a wine of finesse and distinction.
The palate is harmonious, fresh and full of fl avours ranging from hazelnut and
roasted almonds to grapefruit and lemon.
Best served lightly chilled with shellfish, white meats in cream sauce
and poultry.
Enjoy whilst youthful and fresh, however this wine does develop a beautifully complex bouquet with 5-8 years in bottle.

A polished cabernet blend, with pure varietal aromas of currants and raspberry with a whiff of
cedar. Fruit characters are very much to the fore. The palate has a soft, willowy texture, round
and succulent with firm tannins and attractive flavours of currants and leather.
