How to ensure your gift arrives on time

• Christmas Day is on a Sunday this year which means that ideally, you want your gift delivered by Friday 16th
  at the latest as some of us (except Gourmandise) will take a couple of days off before Christmas day and leave work on Friday 16th.
• The best strategy is to have your gift delivered in the first or second week of December (80% of our customers have their gifts delivered in the first 2 weeks)
• Make sure your address is correct : street number, postcode, level ...
• Make sure that the person or business you are sending the gift to hasn't moved or is not on holiday
• We recommend to have your gift delivered to a work or business address as couriers work from 8am to 5pm
   

Please note that when a gift is returned to us due to a wrong address, we contact you to get the new address and resend the gift asap to ensure it arrives on time before Christmas.
