There is no Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday delivery anywhere in Australia.

Express delivery is available, please contact us for this.

When ordering a gift:

Wherever possible we recommend delivery to a business or work address
If delivery is to a flat or house where no-one is home, a calling card will be left in the letterbox. The recipient has to arrange re-delivery with our courier at no extra charge. Alternatively, you can tick the box "Can be left at door if no-one home" when you complete the delivery details.

If you wish a parcel to be delivered by a certain date, please indicate it in the box provided. We will do our best to achieve this date, however it is not guaranteed as there are so many factors beyond our control. Please check below for our delivery times to various areas.

For deliveries within Australia we use a courier service and we do not ship overseas except to NZ.

Orders placed before 2:00pm (AEST) will be delivered next day in Melbourne CBD.

By special arrangement we can deliver same day in Melbourne CBD providing we receive your order prior to 9:30am, please contact us for this service.
