Fruit Cremes

Three major components: high quality eau de vie, honey and the choicest ripe fruit.
After being mashed and steeped in eau de vie of the same fruit, honey is added. Style: especially rich, fruit ladened and creamy with the most seductive, concentrated fruit aromas. Not too sweet. Alcohol content: 20%

 

Fruit crèmes are used to make cocktail or "Kir" and "Kir Royal" : 

  • Pour Crème de Cassis in bottom of Wine glass, fill with wine or champagne, dégustez.
  • The most commonly used in France is the Blackcurrant one.
  • They contain 20% alc
