Made without pine nuts so everyone can enjoy this recipe. Fresh basil is mixed with roasted red capsicum and extra virgin olive oil. Use Pesto Classico over pasta, baked fish and chicken. Make your bruschetta even better by mixing Pesto Classico with tomato, diced onion, crushed garlic, and a dash of extra virgin olive oil. Spread mixture over toasted sliced bread and serve as nibbles before your main meal.
