Bitton Gourmet - Black Olive Tapenade

"My favourite product - created when I was living in Cannes.   It is quoted as being "the best tapenade ...outside the south of France".

A great companion to lamb or beef, or serve as a dip with wood-fired bread.   Toss spoonfuls through roasted vegetables, add to a pizza with lamb, goat's cheese and tomato or use to spruce up a cold meat sandwich. Serve with a homemade mayonnaise on some crusty sourdough.  My premium product.     Bon appétit"
